Shipping and Account Access Policy

At Cardinal Distribution, we strive to ensure a seamless process for delivering our products to
Amazon fulfillment centers. To achieve this, we have established the following policy, which
applies to all buyers:

1. Account Access for Shipping
Upon purchase of products, the buyer is required to provide Cardinal Distribution with access to
their Amazon Seller Account to facilitate the shipment of products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
This ensures timely and accurate delivery of inventory.

2. Alternative Shipping Options
If, for any reason, Cardinal Distribution is unable to access the buyer’s Amazon Seller Account, the
buyer must provide:

  • FNSKU Labels: Labels identifying the products within the Amazon system.
  • Shipping Labels: Labels to facilitate shipment to the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Failure to provide either account access or the required labels may result in delays or other
complications for which Cardinal Distribution is not liable.

3. Ineligibility to Sell Products

If the buyer’s Amazon Seller Account becomes ineligible to sell the products, the buyer must provide:

  • Access to an alternative eligible Amazon Seller Account, or
  • A designated address to which Cardinal Distribution can ship the inventory.

 

4. Abandoned Inventory

If the buyer fails to provide the necessary information (e.g., account access, FNSKU labels,
shipping labels, alternative account, or shipping address) within 30 calendar days of the product
purchase, the inventory may be considered abandoned. In such cases:

  • Cardinal Distribution reserves the right to retain the inventory, and/or
  • Resell the inventory to other buyers.

 

5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By purchasing from Cardinal Distribution, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms
outlined in this policy. This policy is designed to ensure a smooth transaction process and protect
both parties in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
